How credits, plans and refunds work.
Yes. New accounts get 100 credits once, with no card. Every model is open to them, and each render's Create button shows what it costs.
Yes. Free-plan accounts get 30 credits on their first visit each day. They're for that day only — they expire at the end of the day, and paid plans don't include them; their monthly allowance replaces them.
Upgrade opens secure checkout for that plan. Your plan and its credits switch on as soon as the payment goes through.
Yearly plans are billed once a year at a lower monthly rate, about 20% less than paying month to month. Creator, for example, is $144 a year instead of $180.
Each paid plan adds its monthly credit allowance when you subscribe, then again each month you stay subscribed.
Nothing. Credits are charged when you start a render. If the model can't start or finish it, the full charge is refunded automatically, once. For images, a run that comes back short is refunded in full too.
Yes, from your account page, whenever you like. The free plan needs no card, so there's nothing to cancel there.
All of them, on every plan, Free included. Plans differ in how many credits you get each month, what a credit costs, whether your videos carry the “Made with” badge, and how many renders run at once.
Videos made on the free plan carry a small “Made with Kinora” badge. Every paid plan removes it. Top-up packs don't change which plan you're on, so they don't remove it.
